Here at e2e Linkers our HR Manager has the responsibility to provide precise and accurate information, guidance training and support to our clients HR office.

The process follows strict HR procedures as directed by the UK Government and the UK

Border Agency are complied with guidelines as directed by the Home Office to ensure full compliance rules are adhered to.

These cover the following
  1. Preparing and applying applications for PBS Sponsor licences for Client companies
  2. Prepare HR files for Company and Clients that reflect current UK Government and UKBA policy
  3. Maintain Company files on all Sponsor Licence clients
  4. Maintain Client HR files for those who have purchased Maintenance Agreements
  5. Maintain Company HR file
Premier Support Services

Provide Vetting, Screening & Recruitment support to companies, duties include:
  1. Providing day-to-day administration support to the Operations Manager, HR Manager and Project Leader for Compliance including TUPE transfers.
  2. Working with Operations Manager to understand recruitment needs; ascertain job/person specifications, writing and placing job adverts for client companies on Reed and JCP.
  3. Collecting and Managing CVs, Arranging telephone interviews, first round interviews, assessment days.
  4. Arranging face to face, telephone, video conference and assessment day interviews, Screening applications and coordinating ability tests, ensuring a positive recruitment experience for all candidates and delivering excellent customer service in line with company’s recruitment policies.
  5. Conducting UK Border Agency checks for all overseas candidates, liaising with Border Agency Consultants and external governing bodies.
  6. Managing a portfolio of recruitment and immigration administrative jobs.
  7. Liaising with clients, candidates and internal colleagues.
  8. Responsible for the effective running of all internal office procedures.
  9. Experience of UK Border Agency policy and practice and working with bespoke HR.
